Each club must send at least one representative to the AGM.
Any proposed amendment must be sent in writing (Email) to the Honorary Secretary by no later than the 4th of June. Any proposal must be fully supported by its explanation note which sets out details from the proposer of why the amendment is required and what benefits will be achieved, along with the newly proposed rule change.
